Thank you for taking the time to read the following conditions
of ticket sale. During process of purchasing tickets process
you will presented with these terms and conditions, by clicking on
the "I accept" button at this stage you will have accepted
the following conditions of sale.
Data Use and Protection
The Cultural Facilities Corporation trading as Canberra Ticketing collects personal
information as agent for the Promoter, for the purposes of
cancellation notification, accounting and marketing of future
events. The collected information will be disclosed to Canberra Ticketing by the Promoter
for these purposes. The collected information will be dealt with by
Canberra
Ticketing and the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act
1988 (Cth) and other laws. You are not obliged to provide
information, but a failure to do so may mean you cannot purchase
tickets. The Promoter's contact details are available upon request
from Canberra Ticketing. You may seek
access to information about you held by the promoter or Canberra Ticketing.
Ticket Refunds
All transactions are final. There will be no refunds on
completed bookings unless the performance is cancelled.
Change of Artist
The right is reserved to vary advertised programmes and to add,
withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.

Introduction
These are the terms and conditions as they apply to the use of
the Canberra Theatre Centre website. By using this website, you
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In these terms and conditions, the "the Canberra Theatre Centre"
means the Canberra Theatre Centre, part of the Cultural Facilities
Corporation, an ACT Government statutory authority established
under the Cultural Facilities Corporation ACT (1997), to manage
significant cultural venues in the ACT.
